Job summary

Tesco Ireland is seeking a Line Manager for the Kerry area to lead a department and team, delivering excellent service and achieving key KPIs. You will coach colleagues, implement training, and ensure compliance with safety and process standards across all duties.

The role requires strong leadership in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and staff development, while supporting flexible working arrangements where possible.

Qualifications

• Must have previous management experience.
• For Line Manager role, demonstrated track record of delivering for customers and colleagues.
• Experience delivering objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach your team to deliver the best Shopping Trip for customers with great service, standards and availability.
• Deliver all key performance indicators for your departments.
• Lead a team, making decisions daily to support them in their roles.
• Deliver training plans and ensure colleagues are trained and have up-to-date PDPs.
• Ensure processes and routines for departments are completed accurately and on time.
• Plan seasonal, trade driving and promotional activities to maximise sales and presentation.
• Maintain safe and legal routines across departments.
