Job summary

Connexus Recruit is seeking a creative Junior Video Content Creator to join its expanding social media team. This is a hands-on role, comfortable both on camera and behind the scenes.

You'll develop concepts, write hooks, film, present and edit engaging short-form video for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other channels, across a varied client portfolio in a fast-paced agency. Ideal candidates have about 1+ year of experience, a strong reel or portfolio showing on-camera presence and

Qualifications

Around 1+ year of experience in content creation, UGC, social media or short-form video production.
Strong portfolio demonstrating on-camera presentation and video editing.
Working knowledge of short-form editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, InShot or similar.
Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop or Illustrator.
Social-first mindset with an understanding of platform-native content.

Responsibilities

Feature in short-form social videos as presenter for client brands.
Script, shoot, present and edit authentic UGC content from concept to delivery.
Develop fresh concepts and hooks for short-form video.
Support campaigns with social strategies and narratives across client accounts.
Shoot and edit content for multiple channels.
