The role:

As a Junior Supply Chain Coordinator in our Dublin distribution centre, your mission will be to drive improvements in our supply chain. You will work closely with our supply chain operations team, third-party P&P operations team, production team, and suppliers to enhance supply chain efficiency. Key performance indicators (KPIs) you will influence include cost of goods sold, food waste, OTIFIQ (On Time, In Full, In Quality), and ingredient quality error rates.

What you will do:
  1. Serve as the main point of contact between Supply Chain Operations, FSQA, and Production teams. Provide presence at the Distribution Centre to monitor supplier OTIFIQ performance and support QC/inbounding teams in flagging emergencies to buyers.
  2. Monitor inbound days to assess supplier OTIFIQ performance, support quality checks, and communicate emergencies to relevant teams.
  3. Follow up on inbound time inaccuracies with suppliers, providing feedback to buyers and category managers, and work on resolutions collaboratively.
  4. Assist buyers with investigations into operational errors such as counts, FIFO, and missing stock. Act as the first escalation point for warehouse issues during product inbounding.
  5. Manage emergency and replenishment supply of ingredients to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients to customers.
What we are looking for:
  • At least 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations roles, preferably in the food or beverage industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and team collaboration abilities.
  • Proactive attitude and a sense of responsibility; willing to take initiative and get things done.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, capable of multitasking and working under pressure.
  • Experience working with food suppliers.
