Overview

Whether you are currently a Junior Sous Chef, or looking to move up to this more senior position, we've got a junior sous chef job you might very well be interested in. Our client is one of the best hotels in the region boasting an excellent reputation for its restaurant food and are booming banqueting business. In response to business growth they're creating this junior sous chef position as additional support to the head chef and senior sous chef. They are taking a pragmatic approach to this appointment and are giving serious consideration to chefs whose most senior role in the kitchen to date has been at chef de partie level, with a preference for chefs with a strong pedigree in hotel kitchens, ideally kitchens with a similar mix of business to theirs. The hotel occupies a prominent location in the sunny southeast; it\'s a lovely place to live.
