We are seeking a Junior Relationship Manager to join our Sales & Relationship Management team at Clearstream Fund Centre.

Field of activity

The team services Asset Managers globally, providing access to our distribution platform and supporting client stakeholders across sales, operations, and legal. We collaborate with internal teams and facilitate introductions to our full range of fund services.

Your Responsibilities

• Support senior Relationship Managers with daily activities and client interactions
• Maintain client relationships, managing contracts, service levels, and internal coordination
• Coordinate contract amendments and support client reviews
• Ensure client satisfaction and profitability
• Analyze market trends for revenue opportunities
• Optimize internal and external processes

Your Profile

• 2+ years experience servicing B2B clients
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, IT, or business
• Excellent client service, communication, and negotiation skills
• Process-oriented with high standards
• Organized, proactive, resilient, and self-motivated
• Fluent in English; French/German/Italian skills are a plus
• Knowledge of banking, asset management, and fund distribution beneficial
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel
