Join our team as a Junior Quality Controller!

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about maintaining high standards? We’re looking for a Junior Quality Controller to support our quality team in Ballycoolin. This is a great opportunity to start or grow your career in a fast-paced logistics environment where quality and accuracy are essential.

Location: Ballycoolin, Dublin 15

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 16:00

What will you be doing?

  • Supporting quality checks and inspections on incoming and outgoing goods.
  • Assisting in documenting quality issues and reporting findings to senior team members.
  • Helping ensure compliance with customer requirements and internal procedures.
  • Liaising with warehouse teams to support corrective actions and improvements.
  • Maintaining accurate records and logs.

About You

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Approachable, with a positive attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and good observational skills.
  • Eager to learn and grow within a quality-focused environment.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on role.
  • Previous warehouse or quality control experience is a plus, but not required — full training will be provided.
