Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Junior Mechanic to join our growing team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone at the early stages of their automotive career, looking to gain hands-on experience while learning from experienced professionals in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of vehicles.
  • Support senior mechanics with inspections and mechanical repairs.
  • Perform basic services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake pad replacements, and battery installations.
  • Maintain clean and organized workstations and tools.
  • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
  • Record work performed and communicate any issues to supervisors.
  • Continually learn and develop skills through on-the-job training.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive systems and tools.
  • Strong interest in mechanical work and willingness to learn.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and ask questions when needed.
  • Physically capable of lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
  • A valid driver\'s license is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Completed or currently enrolled in a mechanic apprenticeship or technical training program.
  • Previous hands-on experience (even informal or volunteer) in mechanical work.
