SSA is recruiting a Junior / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a Civils Contractor, for a data centre in the North Dublin / Meath area.

About the role

Site based on a large scale, multi-phase development with an approx. 2 year duration, reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Compiling variation claims and maintaining schedules
• Preparing CVR reports and cost forecasting
• Subcontractor procurement and negotiation
• Contractual correspondence with stakeholders
• Other related duties as required

No prior data centre or civils experience is required, however civils construction knowledge is advantageous. This role will be split between site and office, with 1 day per week working remotely.
