Job summary

Circet Ireland is seeking a Junior HSEQ Advisor to join our team in Dublin and the wider Leinster region. You will help develop and maintain the HSEQT management system, ensuring compliance across sites and subcontractors.

Working with Circet, you’ll report on performance, support continuous improvement, and help deliver safe, high‑quality infrastructure services for our clients. NEBOSH certification and CSCS card are preferred, with at least 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH certificate or equivalent required.
• Degree qualified or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• Effective communication and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• CSCS card required.

Responsibilities

• Development of the HSEQT Management system, in line with OHSAS 18001 (ISO 45001), ISO 9001, ISO 14001.
• Reporting to management on the performance of the management systems and any need for improvement.
• Provide assurance to the HSEQT Manager by means of appropriate monitoring and intervention.
• Oversee, monitor and evaluate the operation of HSEQT performance, working with senior management.
• Ensure that all worksites are fully compliant with legal HSEQT obligations.
• Completion of Construction Stage Plans, Pre-Qualification & Tender Documents, Emergency Response Plans etc.
• Approval, monitoring and reviewing of all sub-contractor works.
• Ensuring records of incidents are maintained and investigated.
