Responsibilities

• Assist the Health & Safety team in implementing company policies and procedures on site.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with legislation and best practice.
• Support the preparation of risk assessments, method statements, and safety documentation.
• Monitor site activities and report any non-conformances or hazards.
• Promote a positive health & safety culture among staff and subcontractors.
• Assist in incident/accident reporting and follow-up investigations.
• Maintain accurate records of site safety performance.
• Provide toolbox talks and basic health & safety training where required.
• Liaise with site teams to support continuous improvement in safety standards.
• Travel between multiple sites in Cork, Kerry, Limerick, and Clare as required.
