Job Description

Responsible for supporting and enhancing the delivery of a project from a technical aspect. This role reports to a Project Manager or Contracts Manager and is both Office and Site based as necessary to support project requirements.

2 Duties And Responsibilities

1. Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of electrical engineering projects from concept through to completion.
2. Support senior engineers in preparing technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.
3. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
4. Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project components.
5. Participate in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving and decision-making processes.
6. Ensure all work complies with relevant Irish and EU regulations, health & safety standards, and company policies.
7. Maintain accurate project records and assist in preparing reports for internal and client use.
8. Attend site meetings.
9. Comply with all EHSQ policies and procedures as required.
10. Compile the Operation and Maintenance Manual, commissioning, and handover process.
11. Maintain K&M Document Management System.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, schematics, and design principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to project sites within Ireland.
