Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Junior Construction QA/QC to support quality assurance and quality control activities on construction projects. This role is ideal for someone with a technical background who is eager to develop their career in construction quality management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in implementing and monitoring project quality plans, procedures, and standards.
  • Support inspections of materials, equipment, and workmanship to ensure compliance with specifications and codes.
  • Maintain quality documentation, including test reports, checklists, and non-conformance records for industrial & pharmaceutical maintenance projects.
  • Assist in coordinating third-party testing and inspections.
  • Report quality issues to senior QA/QC staff and help track corrective/preventive actions.
  • Ensure that construction activities comply with health, safety, and quality requirements.
  • Participate in site audits and quality meetings.
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
