Job summary

Fruition Group Ireland is seeking a Junior AI Engineer to join a growing technology and automation function, supporting the development of AI-enabled applications, integrations and intelligent workflow solutions.

You will design, build and maintain AI-powered tools and APIs, collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to governance, security, and documentation as part of a fast-moving team.

Qualifications

• Third-level degree or equivalent qualification in computer-related fields.
• Strong portfolio of technical work may be considered in lieu of formal degree.
• Permanent position with standard Monday-to-Friday hours.
• Opportunity to join an expanding AI and automation capability early.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and support internal AI-powered tools and workflows.
• Build and maintain APIs and integrations for AI models to enterprise apps.
• Develop production-quality solutions using Python and Rust with TypeScript/Node.js exposure.
• Support AI agent workflows including prompts, tool use and orchestration.
• Work with Microsoft technologies to develop integrated automation solutions.
• Use Git and GitHub for source control, reviews, CI/CD and collaboration.
• Produce clear technical documentation including architecture notes and procedures.
• Engage with stakeholders to refine applications based on user feedback.
