Job summary

Fidelity Investments Workplace Solutions (WS) organization is seeking a Software Engineer to support our equity compensation recordkeeping platform. You will join a team delivering real-time, cloud-ready experiences for a client base including Fortune 1000 companies, focusing on scalable Java EE services and modern DevOps practices.

You will work with cloud technologies (Azure/AKS) and REST services, contributing to high-volume enterprise systems while ensuring quality through automated testing

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technology related field.
3+ years of Java EE development on high volume enterprise systems.
Proven experience developing JAVA middle tier REST services.
Understanding of Relational Databases.
Understanding of Cloud Computing and DevOps concepts like CI/CD in an AKS Azure environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable Java EE-based services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cloud-ready features.
Follow test-driven and automation-driven development methodologies.
