Job summary

Musgrave Group Plc is seeking an IT Integration Delivery Lead to expand and optimise our integrations, enabling secure, scalable data and system interoperability across Musgrave’s enterprise landscape.

You will lead design and development of A2A, B2B and streaming integrations, collaborating with Data, Security and Delivery teams to deliver robust, future-proof solutions aligned to strategy and SLAs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading integration implementations including development, testing, administration and specification-writing.
• Strong knowledge of integration patterns and API-led connectivity.
• Experience with enterprise messaging and broker technologies.
• Familiarity with SAP or comparable ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of Musgrave integrations with business requirements, specs, build, test and rollout to meet SLAs.
• Manage offshore teams in A2A, B2B and streaming integrations using APIs and messaging.
• Support major transformation initiatives from an integration perspective.
• Provide QA for integration deliverables and artefacts.
• Contribute to vendor evaluation, architectural reviews, and technical assurance.
• Continuously learn and apply emerging integration technologies.
