Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is a Global Technology and Logistics company providing collaboration and IT support services. We are seeking a Warehouse/Asset Technician to manage inbound/outbound hardware, process returns, and fulfill asset requests with precise picking, packing and labeling.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and maintain asset integrity. The role focuses on inventory control, SOP development, and interdepartmental collaboration to optimize workflows

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a warehouse environment with ITAM experience.
• Experience with Jira and Excel (or similar programs).
• Forklift Qualifications/Certification.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, label, and ship high-value IT assets, ensuring secure and timely deliveries.
• Systematically process hardware and accessory requests through the client’s ticketing system.
• Process returned hardware from active and off-boarded employees, categorizing assets for re-use or holds.
• Conduct periodic updates in the inventory system to track movements of deployed/returned hardware.
• Receive, inspect, and process new hardware inventory into the inventory system.
• Conduct monthly inventory counts and ensure items are logged and stored properly.
• Address client escalations and resolve issues promptly.
• Develop, update, and maintain SOPs for operational processes.
• Contribute to cycle time studies using 5S and Value Stream Mapping.
