Socomore SAS’s Irish subsidiary is seeking a Managing Director to oversee all local site functions including Operations, HR, QHSE, and Finance, and to act as the legal representative in Ireland. You will define and deploy local policy aligned with Group strategy, drive financial accuracy, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead cross-functional teams toward performance excellence.

• Executive leadership experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience.
• Regulatory compliance and employment law knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all local functions: Operations, HR, QHSE, Finance, with 4 reporting lines to plant management.
• Define and deploy the operational policy at the Cork site in alignment with Group strategy.
• Drive agility, reliability, safety, quality, lead times and costs across the site.
• Establish annual subsidiary budget and monthly P&L reports; monitor variances and provide strategic performance analysis to BU Leadership.
• Manage Irish accounting, cash management, Capex budgets, and liaise with Group Finance and Secretariat.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, talent development, and employee relations in line with Irish employment law.
• Act as the legal representative of the Socomore Irish entity and communicate with Directors and Group Leadership.
