Join us to be responsible for new business wins and customer development/retention across all Lenovo products and services. You will extend account relationships through senior-level engagement and develop sales strategies leveraging our full portfolio. Your role involves creating profit and pricing proposals, understanding Total Cost of Ownership, industry trends, and success factors for effective rollouts. Engage with extended teams to provide insights on how Lenovo can help private sector clients achieve their goals. Responsibilities include responding to RFPs, managing product transition plans, and resource planning.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct at least 6 customer-facing meetings weekly
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for your territory
  • Build strong relationships with private sector customers and channel partners to understand requirements and develop solutions
  • Create robust account plans for key acquisition accounts, provide weekly forecasts, and engage in C-level meetings with large enterprise clients
  • Collaborate with technical staff and product specialists to address customer needs
  • Maintain territory plans to meet sales targets
  • Work with channel partners on demand generation and marketing activities
  • Provide feedback to sales management on reducing sales cycle, enhancing sales, and improving brand reputation; share market insights and competitive threats with management
Organization

You will report to the Large Enterprise Sales Manager supporting customers, participating in weekly planning calls and meetings.

Skills, Experience, and Competencies
  • Ability to contact, qualify, develop, and close leads face-to-face and virtually
  • Systematic, persistent, and efficient in managing time and accounts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and sales skills
  • Proficient with interactive tools like chat, forums, email, and social media to exceed customer expectations
  • Ability to meet and achieve sales quotas
  • Negotiation and closing skills
