The role involves developing a global OH&S framework, governance structures, and minimum standards, plus establishing consistent risk assessment and incident processes that align with regulatory requirements across countries.

Qualifications

• Experience designing global OH&S programmes across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop a clear global OH&S framework with roles, governance and minimum standards.
• Establish consistent risk assessment, hazard identification, incident reporting and corrective actions.
• Align framework with legal/regulatory requirements across operating countries.
• Create practical guidance, templates and processes for regional and local teams.
• Define training and awareness requirements for employees and managers.
• Recommend reporting, metrics and review mechanisms to monitor effectiveness.
