Job summary

Inspiring Vet Care seeks an Area Director to lead a network of veterinary practices across Ireland Area 1. This home-based role requires extensive travel and strategic oversight to drive clinical quality, financial performance and staff development.

You will partner with Clinical Directors and central teams to shape culture, improve performance, and create an environment where people and practices thrive across Ireland Area 1.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience across multiple sites or regions.
• Proven track record in delivering strong business results.
• Experience coaching senior leaders and building high-performing teams.
• Strong commercial and operational acumen with KPI delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and coach Clinical Directors and practice leaders across Ireland Area 1.
• Drive operational, commercial and people performance across a network of practices.
• Champion colleague wellbeing, engagement and retention initiatives.
• Support the delivery of exceptional clinical quality and client care.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance and develop underperforming practices.
• Build leadership capability through coaching, mentoring and succession planning.
