Air Apps is seeking a Senior iOS Engineer to build and maintain our suite of iOS apps, delivering high performance and a seamless user experience.

Based in Lisbon, this fully onsite role requires 5+ years in iOS, Swift, UIKit, and CI/CD. You'll work with designers, PMs, and developers, and relocation support is available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional iOS development experience.
• Proficiency in Swift and Objective-C.
• Strong knowledge of iOS SDKs, UIKit and SwiftUI.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Gitflow and automated testing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience in Agile (Kanban) environments.
• Excellent communication for collaboration with remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality iOS applications with focus on performance and UX.
• Own development processes, ensuring clean, scalable code.
• Collaborate with design, product and other engineers to launch features.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.

The Role

As a Senior iOS Engineer , you will play a key role in developing and maintaining our suite of iOS applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and a seamless user experience. You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and fellow developers to bring new features to life and continuously optimize our apps. Your expertise in Swift and iOS development best practices will be instrumental in driving innovation and maintaining our position as a leader in the App Store.

• This is a fully onsite position , based at our office in Lisbon, where you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in person and contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. We are open to support with relocation efforts.

Requirements

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines , Gitflow , and automated testing.
