Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in banking/financial services or fund administration ops.
• Bachelor’s degree in MIS/BAIT, Business, Accounting, Finance or CS.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong project management, organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer service requests related to system functionality and user questions.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements to improve performance.
• Conduct data-gathering interviews with users/Operations.
• Write business specs, redesign processes, create mockups and analyze data.
• Partner with clients and developers through the SDLC.
• Create test plans to validate system functionality against requirements.
• Design and implement tests for system changes; develop test case matrices.
• Interact with product owners, analysts, developers and testers.
