Job summary

Davy is seeking an Investment Platform Senior Associate to support the Investment Team in Dublin. You will work on discretionary investment solutions, collaborating with portfolio operations and platform management to run day-to-day activities.

The role develops expertise in UCITS governance, multi-provider platform operations, and data flow across the front office stack, offering a route into broader investment management.

Qualifications

• Experience in UCITS fund governance or fund operations within asset management.
• Degree in finance, economics, engineering, mathematics or related field; CFA/FRM/CAIA or willingness to study.
• Working knowledge of UCITS structures and roles of ManCo, board, depositary and distributors.
• Exposure to investment workflow: model management, order management, rebalancing, performance or portfolio data.

Responsibilities

• Support Investment Manager's engagement with fund boards and service providers (ManCo, administrator/depository).
• Govern fund events: launches, share classes, fee changes, prospectus updates, benchmarks and strategy changes.
• Assist in resolving trade lifecycle issues and data/process issues from model changes and cash flows across systems.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders related to fund and portfolio solutions.
• Assist in delivering investment technology and data workstreams; platform setup and testing of systems like FactSet and Snowflake.
• Support senior engagement, performance governance and escalation across the external provider model; ensure robust MI and clear oversight.
