Job summary

Davy in Cork is seeking an Investment Associate in Private Clients to support senior leadership in delivering tailored investment plans and managing client relationships with a focus on service standards and long-term engagement.

The role requires a degree or masters, QFA qualification, and 2–3 years’ experience, with strong Excel, PowerPoint and CRM proficiency. Davy offers a hybrid working model and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree or Masters in Business related area.
• 2-3 years industry experience.
• QFA qualification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in CRM.
• Strong client focus and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Senior Director / Head of Regional Wealth.
• Assist in the creation and execution of relationship plans for each client relating to the implementation of their financial plan, adherence with service standards which lead to the development of long-term client relationships.
• Identify revenue potential and opportunities to cross-sell Davy services.
• Review existing client relationships and analyse categorisation and management.
• Execute an engagement plan for each advisory relationship with investment ideas and portfolio reviews.
• Manage MI relating to client relationships.
• Deal promptly and efficiently with client queries.
• Comply with regulatory requirements, Davy’s Risk Management Framework and internal policies.
• Be recognised as an expert contact for Davy’s services.
• Network with peers at industry events.
