NTU International A/S is preparing a proposal for the project “Support to the Africa-EU Space Partnership Programme – AESPP Boost.” The role seeks a Non-Key Expert to provide administrative, logistical and project support throughout programme implementation, including monitoring of contracts and activities.

The candidate will coordinate meetings and events, assist in financial reporting, and support communications and coordination across international partners.

Competenze

• University degree of at least three years in administration, project management, finance, communication, social sciences, or a related field.
• In the absence of such degree, three additional years of relevant professional experience.

Mansioni

• Provide administrative, operational and logistical support to programme implementation.
• Assist with contract and activity monitoring and financial reporting support.
• Coordinate organisation of meetings, webinars, workshops, missions and events and overall project-related activities.

Conoscenze

Excellent command of English

French and/or Portuguese asset

Formazione

University degree (3+ years) in administration/PM/finance/communication/social sciences
