Job summary

Johnson Controls in Dublin seeks a Commissioning Engineer to drive installation, commissioning and handover to clients. You will coordinate protocols, testing and documentation while ensuring GMP compliance and safe start-up activities.

The role requires travel, HVAC/Data Centre delivery experience, and strong MS Office skills, with a focus on precise execution and client coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commissioning role with a knowledge of installation to handover processes.
• Controls or BMS exposure is advantageous and beneficial for system integration.
• Trade or related discipline—Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Power fluid systems, Automation, Mechanical fitter.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate at all project stages from installation to commissioning and handover.
• Develop and execute commissioning protocols and SAT tests.
• Review project docs for technical accuracy and GMP alignment.
• Ensure safe system operation during start-up and testing.
• Engage with client sites and multiple contractors to meet site requirements.
