Our Laboratory Operations Technical Integrated Process Team (Lab Ops Tech IPT) is a group made up of wide and diverse areas of expertise including instrumentation specialists, process engineers, validation experts, microbiologists, quality specialists and digital & system specialists. This team is at the forefront of our laboratory transformation journey and is currently recruiting for an Intern – Associate Technical Specialist. The Intern – Associate Technical Specialist. will be part of a team responsible for the delivery of transformational projects in order to support & improve current Laboratory Operations. They will be responsible for contributing to a high-performance culture within the IPT by engaging in an environment of flexibility, collaboration, engagement and teamwork. The Intern – Associate Technical Specialist. will be expected to demonstrate a high level of innovation, enthusiasm for the delivery of improvement projects within the Lab Ops area as well as day-to-day base business support.
General Enrolled in a third level qualification in a Science or Engineering related subject.
Technical Interest in at least three of the following: process engineering, process & equipment validation, statistics, technology transfer, instrumentation, project management & execution, chemistry, microbiology, regulatory inspections.
People Excellent communication, decision making, people influencing and project management skills.
