Nostra, a leading MSP in Ireland, seeks an Integration Lead for an 18-month fixed-term contract based in Dublin. You will define integration architecture across multiple systems, oversee vendor-enabled data migration, and govern change promotion to ensure reliable billing integration while Business Central remains the system of record.

Responsibilities include owning the PSA-Business Central feed, validating data flows, and coordinating with PSA, Adega, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Experience with data migration in live systems and cutover planning.
• Familiarity with automation platforms (Rewst, Power Automate) and vendor management.

• Direct identity and access integration (Entra ID SSO) and security design.
• Govern change promotion across environments and ensure readiness for production.
• Provide Automation Team platform access and keep Rewst running during transition.
• Document to a supportable standard; hand over to platform admins and IT.

We are seeking an Integration Lead to initially join on an 18-month fixed term contract who will be responsible for ensuring that the new PSA integrates effectively within Nostra's technology estate. The role defines integration architecture, provides technical oversight of vendor-delivered integrations and data migration activities, and governs change promotion across environments. Acting as the technical authority between Nostra, PSA, and Business Central, the Integration Lead validates solution quality, manages technical risks and escalations, and ensures a reliable, proven billing integration while maintaining Business Central as the system of record.

Nostra has offices in Dublin, Galway, Cork and Belfast. This role will be based in our Dublin office.

Responsibilities:

• Own the integration architecture and register for the full estate - Business Central, Entra ID, Microsoft CSP, DattoRMM/BDCR, IT Glue, telephony, calendars, Power BI and Rewst.
• Direct and validate the PSA-Business Central billing feed built by the PSA vendor and Adega: customer and invoice sync, payment-status write-back, credit notes, per-customer VAT, multi-currency, payment terms; prove it by proof of concept and build the reconciliation controls Finance will accept and operate. Delivery accountability for the feed sits with the PSA and Adega.
• Upstream billing dependencies stay with their owners: PSA configuration (Configuration Lead); customer and contract data (function heads); accounting treatment (Finance); Business Central configuration (Adega); time and consumption data (Service); reconciliation operation (Finance).
• Assure the migration technically - the PSA executes transformation to the mapping specification, staged loads, delta syncs and out-of-hours final syncs; this role directs the mapping inputs, supplies and cleanses source extracts through the data administrator, and reconciles every load by counts and values. Content acceptance: function heads.
• Direct and validate identity and access - Entra ID SSO and agent and user sync, built by the PSA under the default position; own technical enforcement of the Configuration Lead's security design.
• Direct and validate the commercial feeds the business case depends on - dynamic seat counts from DattoRMM and CSP into contracts, driving consumption billing and true-ups - built by the PSA under the default position.
• Direct and validate the operational integrations - alert-to-ticket, IT Glue knowledge, telephony screen-pop, calendars - built by the PSA under the default position; any exclusion settled and priced at scoping.
• Govern change promotion across the environments, PSA provides and operates - production, test, build sandbox; nothing untested reaches production.
• Provide the Automation Team platform access, APIs and standards; keep Rewst running through transition and support its migration to the PSA, including the PSA vendor's contracted phase-1 runbooks - design and build sit with the team.
• Document to a supportable standard; hand over to the platform administrator, Automation Team and IT.

Requirements:

• Hands-on integration delivery: REST APIs, webhooks, middleware or scripted integration (PowerShell, Python), authentication (OAuth, Entra app registrations), error handling - has shipped production integrations.
• Data migration delivery on live systems: extraction, transformation, staging, reconciliation and cutover syncs.
• MSP tooling fluency - PSA, RMM, M365/CSP, Entra ID, IT Glue - plus working understanding of finance data: invoices, credit notes, VAT, currencies, why the ledger is the system of record.
• Automation-platform familiarity (Rewst, Power Automate); disciplined habits: environment separation, version control, documentation, monitoring.
• Directing and validating vendor engineers matters as much as personal build speed - New PSA carries substantial build.
