Job summary

Archer Recruitment is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join a growing insurance group on a business-critical project focused on understanding where value sits across the group, what is driving it and how performance compares across the business.

You’ll take ownership of a key piece of analysis, working with complex financial and commercial data to understand performance, identify value drivers and turn your findings into clear insights for the CFO and senior leadership team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a Financial Analyst, Commercial Analyst, FP&A Analyst or similar.
• Strong insurance industry experience.
• Strong financial analysis and modelling skills.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to understand the story behind the numbers.
• Must be available immediately.

Responsibilities

• Analyse financial and commercial data to understand value and performance across the group.
• Identify key financial and commercial drivers, trends and opportunities.
• Develop financial analysis and models to support senior decision-making.
