Howden Ireland in Clonmel is seeking an Administration Executive to support the team and be an integral part of the organisation. This role is fully office based.

You will provide full administration support, assist Account Executives, manage data, post, and liaise with Credit Control. A pathway to an insurance qualification (APA in Personal General Insurance) is available within 12 months, with 1–2 years administration experience preferred.

Formación

• 1–2 years administration experience desirable.
• Insurance industry experience preferable but not essential.
• Willingness to progress towards an insurance qualification (APA) within 12 months.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide full administration support to the team and Account Executives.
• Input data, prepare submissions, scan documents, issue documents and manage post.
• Liaise with Credit Control on finance issues and ensure timely post preparation.
• Maintain accurate diary management and adhere to compliance and health & safety policies.
