About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Instructional Designer to join a high-performing global team within a leading tech company. This is a unique opportunity to help shape world-class learning experiences that support performance and business outcomes at scale.

You'll design and deliver innovative, engaging learning and performance solutions using a range of instructional methods and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable, engaging learning solutions using evidence-based instructional design practices.
  • Conduct learning needs analyses with a performance-first mindset to address business and performance gaps.
  • Partner with SMEs and cross-functional stakeholders to gather, analyze, and structure content.
  • Develop multi-modal learning assets including:
  • Remote synchronous and blended classroom content
  • Interactive e-learning modules
  • Job aids, animations, videos, infographics, facilitator guides
  • Performance support tools
  • Build content within a Learning Content Management System (LCMS) using reusable templates.
  • Design and develop Level 1–4 assessments to evaluate learning effectiveness.
  • Facilitate pilots and train-the-trainer sessions.
  • Maintain and update existing learning materials and knowledge bases.

Must-Have:

  • 5+ years’ instructional design experience in a corporate environment
  • Proven end-to-end instructional design expertise
  • Experience developing a variety of learning modalities (job aids, instructor-led training, e-learning, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with eLearning authoring tools and LCMS
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your instructional design work
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Nice-to-Have:

  • Workflow learning and performance support solution design experience
  • Graphic design or multimedia skills
  • Experience managing instructional design projects from concept to deployment
  • Previous experience working in large-scale tech environments
  • Technical or backend development exposure (bonus)

  • Quality and accuracy of deliverables
  • Timeliness and ability to meet deadlines
  • Creative problem-solving and process improvement
  • Effective and compliant use of LCMS templates for reusability
