Job Description

Role: Inside Sales Specialist to support B2B clients in the chemical and industrial sectors using a consultative, solution-focused sales approach. The role involves working with technically complex product portfolios and requires strong commercial and technical communication skills. The position is based in-office and will involve extensive communication by phone, email, and CRM systems to deliver tailored product offerings. This is a non-supervisory role, but with significant decision-making responsibility regarding quotations, customer segmentation, and technical product positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage long-term relationships with B2B customers in the chemical and industrial sectors
  • Provide product advice and technical recommendations aligned with client needs and industry regulations
  • Evaluate customer opportunities and negotiate pricing within company guidelines
  • Respond to inquiries promptly and maintain a high standard of service
  • Collaborate with internal departments including marketing, supply chain, and technical teams
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and report insights for sales strategy development
