Overview

CREGG is delighted to be recruiting an Inside Sales Specialist to join one of Ireland's leading renewable energy solutions companies based in Shannon.

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customer accounts, driving transactional sales, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from quote to delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Management: Manage an assigned base of Tier C customers, focusing on revenue growth and retention through proactive engagement.
  • Quoting & Order Coordination: Generate accurate sales quotes within 24 hours of request. Coordinate with Operations and Finance teams to manage the full order lifecycle, from purchase order receipt to dispatch.
  • CRM Discipline: Log all customer interactions (emails, calls, WhatsApp, quotes) in Odoo CRM, ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date records.
  • Engagement Tracking: Monitor and report on customer responsiveness and activity using CRM tools and engagement metrics.
  • Product Communication: Share weekly pricing updates and bi-monthly product news with customers via Odoo and WhatsApp.
  • SLA Compliance: Adhere to service level agreements, including quote turnaround within 24 hours and order entry within 48 hours.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years’ experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales support (B2B environment preferred)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with CRM systems (Odoo or similar)
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and operational discipline
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, target-driven, and customer-focused mindset
  • Familiarity with solar products or renewable energy sector is an advantage
