Job description

We're hiring for a Top Workplace award-winning tech outsourcing company seeking a German-speaking Inside Sales Representative. You’ll be working with inbound leads, closing deals, and directly contributing to the company’s ongoing success.

Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid – 2 days/week in-office)
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: SaaS / IT Services / BPO
Languages: German (C1+) & English (C1+)
Compensation: Base salary + performance bonus

What You’ll Do

Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets within the SME segment
Manage inbound leads and convert them into paying customers
Apply structured sales methodologies to reduce sales cycles
Act as a brand ambassador, promoting product value and benefits
Prioritize and track sales opportunities for timely follow-up
Deliver high-quality account management to support tech adoption
Collaborate with leadership on sales strategy and revenue growth

What We’re Looking For
? Native/Fluent German and English communication (C1+)
18–24 months in an SDR role (SaaS/IT), or 6–12 months in B2B sales
Experience with SaaS, software vendors, or systems integrators
Skilled in prospecting, discovery calls & closing presentations
Tech-savvy and enthusiastic about emerging technology
Results-driven, collaborative, and excellent at hitting KPIs
Able to explain complex solutions in clear business terms
Strong sales presence and top-tier presentation skills
