About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated German-speaking Sales Executive to drive business growth within the Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) segment. In this role, you’ll manage inbound leads, convert prospects into customers, and achieve sales targets through a structured sales methodology.

This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your SaaS/IT services sales experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while playing a key role in expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities for Inside Sales
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the SME segment
  • Manage inbound leads, drive pipeline growth, and meet KPIs
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge and apply structured sales techniques
  • Effectively communicate and showcase the company’s value proposition
  • Track and prioritize sales opportunities with timely follow-ups
  • Implement strategies to optimize lead conversion rates
  • Provide account management and support clients’ technology strategies
  • Collaborate with leadership and clients to refine sales processes and drive revenue growth
Requirements for Inside Sales
  • Native/fluent in German and English (C1/C2) (both written and spoken)
  • 2+ years of experience in an SDR role within SaaS/IT services OR 6–12 months in B2B sales as an individual contributor
  • Experience with a software vendor, SaaS provider, or systems integrator
  • Strong expertise in prospecting, discovery calls, and sales presentations
  • Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical and business value propositions
  • Highly adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Excellent sales presence, interpersonal, and presentation skills
