Liebherr Container Cranes Ltd. in Ireland is seeking an Inhouse Consultant focused on Project Portfolio Management and Organizational Development within the IT Department. You will collaborate across the company and support peers in sister sites.

The role requires a 3rd-level qualification in business administration, at least 2 years in portfolio management, and strong communication for training, workshops, and change initiatives as part of digitalization efforts.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years managing project portfolios or programs.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and workshops.
• Certifications like Scrum Master or PMP are preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promoting and developing internal standards for our organizational projects and the associated project portfolio management.
• Supporting project managers in planning and management of complex organizational projects.
• Advising management and specialist departments on their project portfolio management.
• Preparation and moderation of project portfolio meetings, workshops and information events relating to project management, as well as further development and coordination of project management training courses.
• Supporting organizational change as part of the digitalization of our internal value chain through sound methodological knowledge of project management, organizational development and process management.
