Job summary

State Street is seeking an Office 365 Security and Compliance subject matter expert to provide expertise and leadership in the technical design, solutioning and resiliency of these primary tools within Collaboration Services.

Working with the tower lead & architects, this person will be primarily responsible for leading the Security & Compliance program related to these tools; The future state, design, documentation and interdependencies of solutions within these platforms is the core focus.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Office 365 products and security controls.
• Experience with Purview, Smarsh, and Enterprise Vault.
• Strong scripting and automation capabilities (PowerShell, Python).
• Ability to lead security/compliance programs and collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions that meet business and technical requirements for associated platforms.
• Work with engineering, operations and change management teams to implement solution designs.
• Modernize the security and compliance posture within the Microsoft O365 suite.
• Drive product solutions to the cloud.
• Ensure products meet requirements with Security & Compliance teams.
• Collaborate with cyber security to mitigate risks.
• Own solution and engineering documentation.
• Prepare for and participate in internal audits.
• Conduct bi-annual reviews of documentation and processes; create remediation plans.
• Implement automations for repeatable tasks.
• Liaise with the Collaboration Services CoE to build scalable solutions.
• Define long-term roadmaps with management and strategy teams.
• Provide L5 support during major incidents.
• Develop streamlined Service Now & SailPoint workflows.
• Identify and propose reductions of tech debt.

• Drive product solutions to the cloud
• Work with Security & Compliance teams to ensureproductsand associated applicationsmeet requirements
• Work with cyber security teams to mitigate risky activity within the environment
• Own solution and engineering documentation
• Prepare for,and take part in,internal audit activities
• Conduct bi-annual reviews of internal documentation & processes. Create remediation plans based on findings
• Implement automations forrepeatable tasks
• Liaise with the Collaboration Services Center of Excellence team in order to build repeatable/ scalableproduct solutions for internal customers
• Work with managementand the strategy team to define long term solution & environment roadmaps
• Provide L5support in the event of major incidents.
• Working with engineering, develop streamlined and automated Service Now & SailPoint workflows
• Work to reduce tech debt; routinely look for and offer up rationalization proposals
