Job summary

Teleflex is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to deliver IT solutions for our data center and branch offices. You will troubleshoot infrastructure issues and ensure customer satisfaction while collaborating with IT teams and vendors.

The role requires a minimum of five years in IT, a Bachelor’s degree, and certifications in Microsoft Server, Red Hat, or VMware. Knowledge of SOX and FDA 21 CFR Part 820 and ITIL is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT.
• Minimum of 5 years in Information Technology.
• Certification in Microsoft Server, Red Hat, or VMware.
• Knowledge of SOX and FDA 21 CFR Part 820 requirements.
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices.
• Experience using change management tools.
• Ability to document functional requirements, design specs and installation qualifications.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform server provisioning, upgrades, patching, changes and testing.
• Participate in IT system implementations from requirements gathering to support transition.
• Document systems and processes per quality, compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and address risks and inefficiencies in IT systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation for best practices and maintenance.
• Collaborate with project managers on detailed project plans.
• Develop and execute support transition plans for system implementations.
• Provide assistance for issues escalated from downstream support teams.
