Job summary

Bis Group is seeking an Industrial Painting Supervisor for Dublin-based projects. You will lead painting crews on-site, ensure safety, and maintain clear client communication.

Experience with industrial painting is preferred; IPAF/MEWP, Safe Pass and manual handling training are beneficial. Immediate start and site-based work with own transport required.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in industrial painting.
• Must be able to work on site and on the road.
• Client facing and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise painting crews on site.
• Coordinate with clients and site management.
• Ensure safety compliance and quality standards.

We are currently recruiting for Industrial painting supervisor for projects in Dublin.

About the Role

Experience with Two pack painting procedures is preferred and an advantage. Training can be provided for the right candidates.

Pay range and compensation package

Pay: €23.00 per hour.
