Qualifications

• 12+ months in sports/fashion retail with merchandising experience.
• Ability to lead floor sets and follow brand standards.
• Strong numerical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Floor Sets and marketing/merchandising directives.
• Lead day-to-day store merchandising and ensure sell-through adherence.
• Partner with stock team for replenishment and floor execution.
• Maintain neat, organized sales floor and safe store environment.
• Direct mapping and execution of floorsets within timeframes.
• Handle merchandise flow, shipments, markdowns and replenishment.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
