Job summary

Linesight is seeking an in-house Legal Counsel in Ireland to shape and lead our contract review and risk management program on a 12-month fixed-term basis.

You will review commercial contracts, MSAs and insurance portfolios, while advising the executive team on legal matters and developing policies to support global operations. A proactive, collaborative lawyer who thrives in a fast-paced construction and professional services environment will excel.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in commercial contract law related to the construction and professional services industries.
• Excellent communicator verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the contract review process that forms part of Bid Approvals.
• Review existing contracts and identify favorable opportunities for Linesight.
• Review and manage our portfolio of Insurance cover.
• Identify and grow a network of local legal partners to provide support globally.
• Develop and review various commercial contracts and MSAs, obtaining local advice as required.
• Manage claims made against the business and the provision of information through any arbitration processes.
• Advise Executive board on legal matters as they arise and put forward clear recommendations for approval.
