Job summary

Comfort Keepers in Wicklow is seeking caring individuals to support clients living independently at home. You will deliver personal care with dignity, assist with meals and light housekeeping, and help with medications in a respectful, client-centered manner.

Join a locally trusted team offering full- or part-time hours, mileage reimbursement, and a structured induction with QQI Level 5 training. Garda vetting is provided, with ongoing support from local management.

Qualifications

• No formal qualification required.
• Desirable QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support.
• Full training provided to successful applicants.

Responsibilities

• Delivering personal care with dignity and respect, including mobility support, dressing, and continence care.
• Assisting with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Providing medication prompts and maintaining accurate records.
• Travel between client visits within your local area.
• Observing client wellbeing and escalating concerns to local management.
• Building a professional, trusted relationship with the client and family.
• Maintaining confidentiality and privacy at all times.
