Job summary

Comfort Keepers in Ireland is seeking compassionate care workers to support clients at home, enabling independence and dignity. You will provide personal care, mobility support, meal prep, and light housekeeping across your local area.

Full-time or part-time roles with flexible hours; travel between visits; mileage reimbursed. QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support desirable; training provided; Garda vetting; uniform; 24/7 support.

Qualifications

• EU/EEA citizenship or unrestricted right to work in Ireland.
• QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support is desirable; support to complete it if not held.
• Motivation to support people in the community to live independently with dignity.

Responsibilities

• Delivering personal care including mobility, dressing and continence care with dignity.
• Assisting with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Providing medication prompts and maintaining accurate records.
• Travel between client visits within your local area.
• Observe wellbeing and escalate concerns to local management.
