Reperio has partnered with a rapidly growing company that is looking to hire a Project Manager to backfill a key role on their internal team. This individual will work directly with the leadership team to drive high-impact integration and implementation projects for enterprise clients.

This is a hands-on position suited for someone who is adaptable, delivery-focused, and experienced in ERP or financial software projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead end-to-end implementation projects for ERP, AP, and Payment solutions
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Proactively drive outcomes and ensure successful delivery with minimal oversight
• Communicate project status to executive stakeholders and ensure alignment across technical and business teams
• Collaborate closely with directors and senior leadership, with access to mentorship and strategic input

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering ERP, AP, or Payments-related implementation projects
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to lead without needing hand-holding
• Agile, flexible, and capable of adapting quickly to shifting priorities
• Strong ownership mindset with a focus on delivery and execution
• Working knowledge of SQL is preferred but not required
