Job summary

Evergreen Talent Group is seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager (electrically biased) to join our Dublin project delivery team, supporting the delivery of a flagship Hyperscale Data Centre.

You will own the full commissioning lifecycle from Level 1 to Level 5, coordinating electrical and MEP systems, testing, handover, and client acceptance while partnering with project directors, consultants and vendors to meet milestones.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
• 7+ years' experience as a Commissioning Manager or similar role on major projects.
• Experience leading Level 1-5 commissioning on Data Centre, pharmaceutical or mission-critical works.
• Strong knowledge of MV/LV systems, UPS, generators, BMS, EPMS, SCADA, HVAC, QA/QC and construction sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Lead Level 1-5 commissioning activities and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate electrical and MEP system commissioning across disciplines.
• Develop commissioning plans, ITPs, risk assessments, and handover records.
• Chair commissioning meetings, manage punch lists, energisation, and IST.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and report to senior management with emphasis on H&S and QA.
