Martin Brower UK & Ireland is seeking a Hygiene Operative (NIGHTS) in Dublin to uphold high hygiene and safety standards within a fast-paced logistics site. The role involves conducting hygiene tasks, completing records, and supporting cross-department collaboration to meet daily objectives.

You will work on-site, ensuring compliance with food safety requirements and contributing to a safe working environment for colleagues and customers.

Formación

• Experience in hygiene or FMCG environments preferred.
• Strong health & safety awareness.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel/Word).

Responsabilidades

• Carry out hygiene processes and cleaning schedules in line with company standards, food safety requirements, and compliance procedures.
• Help maintain a safe working environment for colleagues, visitors, and customers at all times.
• Complete hygiene records, schedules, and documentation accurately and within agreed timeframes.
• Support site standards relating to audits, DQMP, workplace organisation, and pest control programmes.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to support operational goals and daily activities.
• Operate a variety of equipment, including material handling equipment, ride-on scrubber machines, and access platforms where trained and authorised.
• Provide support and operational cover within the wider Reverse Logistics function when required.

Position Summary

As a Hygiene Operative, you will play an important role in maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and operational efficiency across our site. Working as part of a supportive team, you'll help ensure hygiene processes are completed to established standards, contribute to food safety and compliance requirements, and support a safe working environment for colleagues, visitors, and customers.

What You'll Do

• Support site standards relating to AIB, DQMP, workplace organisation, and pest control programmes.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to support operational goals and daily activities.
• Operate a variety of equipment, including material handling equipment, ride-on scrubber machines, and access platforms where trained and authorised.
• Provide support and operational cover within the wider Reverse Logistics function when required.

Who You Are
