  • Install and assemble hydraulic systems, including power units, manifolds, pumps, and piping.
  • Fit hydraulic hoses, selecting and fitting the correct lines for specific systems.
  • Fit hydraulic components, ensuring they are installed accurately and timely to meet production or project deadlines.
  • Assemble components, fitting parts together using hand and power tools, ensuring proper alignment and secure connections.
  • Maintenance & Repair: Conduct routine inspections of hydraulic equipment to identify potential malfunctions.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic system failures, pinpointing the root causes of problems.
  • Perform maintenance and repair on hydraulic machinery and its components, including replacing defective parts.
  • Read and interpret hydraulic schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to understand system layouts and assembly requirements.
  • Operate hand tools ensuring correct tooling used.
  • Torquing procedure ensuring hoses are torqued as per work procedure.
  • Safety & Collaboration: Adhere to safety standards and protocols during all work activities, ensuring a safe work environment.
  • Follow company policies and industry best practices for assembly and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to resolve complex issues and support product improvements.
  • The Employee agrees to attend training sessions as required and maintain any necessary certifications.
  • Any other duties deemed necessary by Management.
