Job summary

Xerox is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst - Banking in Dublin, with on-site work 2-3 days per week. You will support global banking infrastructure, bank accounts, and Treasury systems, while driving automation and AI-enabled improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field or equivalent experience.
2–4 years’ experience in Corporate Treasury, Corporate Banking or related environment.
Experience with bank account administration, banking docs and electronic platforms.
Strong attention to detail across multiple systems and stakeholders.
Experience with Treasury Management Systems such as Quantum or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day administration of global bank accounts and electronic banking platforms.
Maintain bank data, signatory records and access information.
Assist with opening/closing bank accounts and KYC documentation.
Coordinate with global banking partners for queries and updates.
Prepare Treasury reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and related tools.
Support treasury projects and process improvements, including automation and AI initiatives.
Collaborate with Finance, IT and other teams to deliver projects.
