Job summary

Xerox is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst - Banking based in Dublin, Ireland, working on-site 2-3 days a week. You will support global banking infrastructure, bank account administration, electronic banking platforms, and Treasury systems while contributing to data accuracy and process improvements.

Reporting to the Global Treasury Banking, Projects & Systems Manager, you will help move existing Treasury tasks into AI-enabled, Power Platform, automation and RPA solutions, collaborating with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance/business-related field.
• 2-4 years in corporate treasury or related finance roles.
• Experience with bank account admin, banking docs, electronic platforms.
• Strong data accuracy and cross-system control evidence.
• Knowledge of Treasury Management Systems (Quantum) or willingness to learn.
• Experience with ISO 20022, MT940, MT101, Camt, BAI advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day global bank accounts and treasury systems data.
• Maintain bank data, signatories, access and documentation.
• Assist with opening/closing bank accounts and KYC information.
• Coordinate routine queries with global banking partners.
• Maintain TMS data, connectivity records, reporting inputs.
• Prepare banking reports and dashboards with Excel/Power BI.
• Assist treasury projects including ISO 20022 readiness and automation.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Legal and Tax on requirements and delivery.
• Document current-state workflows and design future-state roadmaps.
• Promote AI, Power Platform, automation and RPA in treasury processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
