Qualifications

• 1–2 years of technical support experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicating efficiently with customers using our product and outbound calls.
• Owning customer communications from initial contact to resolution.
• Becoming an encyclopedia of knowledge about Fin and its capabilities.
• Ensure customers have a great product experience—focus on usability, reliability, and speed.
• Work with product teams to identify issues and suggest solutions.
• Debug complex issues with understanding of our codebase and customer tech.
• Build tools to increase efficiency of the team and processes.
• Influence product direction through customer feedback.
